<div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p><strong>Burton&nbsp;Distribution Centre | Full-time | Permanent</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Ready to lead from the floor and help keep one of Holland &amp; Barrett's key distribution operations moving?</p><p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Warehouse Team Manager</strong>, you'll lead warehouse colleagues through a safe, efficient and fast-paced operation, helping us deliver for our stores and customers every day.</p><p>You'll combine visible, hands-on leadership&nbsp;with smart planning, coaching and performance management - creating an environment where people can do their best work while continuously improving how we operate.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Lead a safety-first culture, ensuring safe working practices and operational standards are followed.</li><li>Provide visible leadership across your shift, supporting, coaching and communicating with warehouse colleagues.</li><li>Plan resources and manage daily activity to deliver operational and customer service targets.</li><li>Lead shift meetings and handovers, using KPIs and performance information to guide priorities.</li><li>Manage operational risks, incidents and relevant safety and compliance processes.</li><li>Support attendance, performance and other people processes fairly and consistently.</li><li>Build effective relationships across Warehouse, Transport, Planning and support teams.</li><li>Champion continuous improvement and help embed positive change across the Distribution Centre.</li></ul><p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p><ul><li>Experience managing teams within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.</li><li>Knowledge of health and safety requirements within an operational environment.</li><li>Experience using KPIs and operational data to improve performance.</li><li>Confidence in workforce planning, performance management and coaching.</li><li>Experience supporting investigations and operational incidents.</li><li>An understanding of transport operations.</li><li>Clear, inclusive communication and the ability to build effective working relationships.</li></ul><p><strong>Working arrangement</strong></p><p>This is an on-site role at our Burton Distribution Centre, with <strong>two working patterns available</strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Rotational shifts:</strong> Working 5 days over 7, including weekend working. Shifts operate Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, with a rotational pattern across working days and AM and PM shifts.</li><li><strong>Permanent night shifts:</strong> Sunday to Thursday on a static night shift.
