Reporting to the Brand &amp; Creative Manager, your role will be integral in building the brands, creating eye-catching artwork and using your boundless creativity to spread the word. You’ll be working with all facets of our friendly company to create artwork to be proud of, acting as the shop window for all our brands online.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Working from briefs, you’ll craft fantastic designs for seasonal promotions to let our customers know the latest news &amp; offers</li><li>Ensuring that all artwork is on-brand and recognisable for the group</li><li>Daily you’ll be building compelling designs, using generative ai, canvas expanding, repurposing imagery, colour-correcting and applying clipping paths to photography for use across the websites</li><li>As a Creative Designer, you’ll be one step ahead in making sure we’re prepared for the next campaign, but also able to think on your feet and deliver reactive asks when inspiration strikes!</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Person Specification:</strong></p><span><ul><li>A minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail environment</li><li>You’re a seasoned online shopper – you know what works &amp; what doesn’t.
