Weare in the middle of a significant technology transformation: a new eCommerceplatform, a new third-party logistics partner, and an upgrade to our ERPplatform, all running concurrently and targeting delivery before the end of2027.</p><p>OurIT team is small and highly capable. We are building an internal integrationfunction that will own how all our systems connect — and this role is at the foundation of that team.<br><br><b>Purpose of the role:</b><br><br>Thisis a senior, highly technical role at the heart of Crew Clothing's technologytransformation. As Technical Lead, you will own the architecture and governanceof how all our systems connect — our eCommerce platform, our new warehouseplatform, our new ERP platform, and the cloud-based integration layer that tiesthem together.<br>Youwill take over from a departing Solutions Architect and be the senior technicalauthority on integration for the business. You will work closely with externaldelivery partners — including our eCommerce delivery partner, our ERP deliverypartner and our logistics partner — establishing a formal architecture decisionlog and ensuring that integration design is right from day one, not retrofittedlater.<br>Thisrole is the cornerstone of a new internal integration team we are building. Youwill be the most senior technical hire in this function and will shape how theteam operates.<br><b><br>What it involves:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Own the integration architectureacross all systems — defining patterns, standards and governance</li><li>Lead the technical handover fromour current delivery partner — documenting all existing decisions and systemdependencies</li><li>Establish and maintain thearchitecture decision log — ensuring all integration choices are formallyrecorded</li><li>Design our new ERP platformintegration layer from day one — working with our ERP delivery partner toensure our ERP connects correctly to all platforms</li><li>Govern our eCommerce OMSintegration build — working with our eCommerce delivery partner to ensureCrew's systems connect correctly</li><li>Provide technical leadership tothe Integration Developer and QA and Delivery Planner as the team grows</li><li>Define and maintain integrationrunbooks and documentation — reducing reliance on individual knowledge</li><li>Act as the senior technicalescalation point for integration incidents and go/no-go decisions</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Skills &amp; Experience:</b><br><br></p><ul><li>Provenexperience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead in a retail oromnichannel environment</li><li>Deepknowledge of integration architecture — REST APIs, event-driven patterns,middleware platforms (Azure Integration Services or equivalent)</li><li>Experienceconnecting ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent ERP) toeCommerce and logistics platforms</li><li>Confidencemanaging third-party delivery partners technically — reviewing their designs,challenging their decisions, and holding them to account</li><li>Strongdocumentation skills — you write things down, formalise decisions, and leavethings better than you find them</li><li>Comfortableoperating in a fast-moving, multi-programme environment where priorities changeand pragmatism matters</li><li>Experiencein fashion or multi-brand retail is beneficial but not essential</li></ul><p>If successful, youwill join a lean, ambitious IT team in the middle of the most significanttechnology change programme in Crew Clothing's history. Thisis a role for someone who wants genuine ownership and the opportunity to buildsomething from the ground up. You will have the support of the Director ofTechnology and work alongside a Programme Lead (being appointed) who willhandle governance and delivery coordination — freeing you to focus on thetechnical architecture.</p><p><br><br></p></div></div><!----><!----><!---->
