This is a field‑based role with regular travelacross the UK and occasional visits to our London office, Whopper Support.</p><p>This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, visibility andimpact.</p><p><b>What you’ll be doing</b></p><p>You will take responsibility for delivering a best‑in‑classrecruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers across the UK.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul> <li>Managing the full recruitment process from job posting and shortlisting to screening, arranging interviews and offers </li> <li>Partnering with internal stakeholders to support volume recruitment for new sites</li> <li>Supporting hiring managers with Assistant Manager recruitment in BAU restaurants, providing guidance, tools and coaching</li> <li>Working with hiring managers in facilitating in‑person assessment centres for Crew Member hiring for new openings</li> <li>Managing candidate pipelines and vacancy activity within our ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance</li> <li>Preparing job offers and employment contracts along with right to work checks and due diligence </li> <li>Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics, including turnover and source of hire</li> <li>Designing and delivering recruitment training for hiring managers in partnership with the People Team</li> <li>Staying up to date with industry trends and innovations in sourcing and talent attraction</li> <li>Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and local recruitment campaigns</li></ul><p>This is a high‑volume, fast‑paced role where you’ll need tostay agile, organised and ready to pivot as priorities shift.</p><p>You’ll need to be an experienced recruiter who thrives in afast‑moving, operational environment. You know how to build strongrelationships, influence stakeholders and deliver results at pace.</p><p><b>You will bring</b></p><ul> <li>Experience in high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment role either in-house or agency, ideally in a retail or hospitality environment</li> <li>Confidence managing recruitment for roles with seasonality and constant change</li> <li>Strong sourcing skills across job boards, social media and local attraction channels</li> <li>Familiarity with ATS platforms and CV databases</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly</li> <li>A proactive, resourceful approach to problem‑solving</li> <li>High energy, motivation and the ability to work independently while staying connected to the wider team</li> <li>Strong organisation, time‑management and attention to detail</li> <li>A collaborative mindset and a passion for finding great people</li></ul><p>Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a sense ofownership and the drive to make things happen.</p><p><b>The setup</b></p><p>This isn’t a full-time work from home gig. &nbsp;</p><p>This is a field‑based role with travel across the UK tosupport restaurant openings and BAU recruitment needs.
