We’re curious, collaborative, and ready to make a tangible impact on where we work.</strong></p><p><strong>Just like you</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6 month temporary assignment to lead the end-to-end hiring process for our RDC (Regional Distribution Centre) functions including Logistics, HR, Supply Chain and Property. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and delivering a brilliant candidate experience from start to finish.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>At Lidl, we offer a hybrid working model to give you the best of both worlds. </div><div><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the 360-recruitment cycle for salaried roles from job brief to offer</p></li><li><p>Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and bring roles to life&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Advertise vacancies across the right channels and track ROI&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Screen and shortlist candidates using SuccessFactors (ATS)&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Use active sourcing to find top talent and build pipelines&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Manage interviews, feedback, and candidate communications&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Create and issue contracts, check documentation, and support onboarding&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Keep systems up to date and ensure data accuracy&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders on hiring strategy and market trends&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Support DE&amp;I initiatives across all recruitment activity&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand teams&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Provide in-person support for regional events and assessment centres</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>

</div><div><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p>Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>A proactive, solutions-focused mindset&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Confidence using ATS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors)&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Great attention to detail and organisational skills&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in recruiting management roles</p></li><li><p>Ability to challenge senior stakeholders when required</p></li><li><p>Passion for delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to support cross-team projects and peak periods</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
