</div><div><ul><li><p>Lead the end-to-end hiring process for key operational roles</p></li><li><p>Post job ads, screen applications, and conduct telephone interviews</p></li><li><p>Use smart sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines</p></li><li><p>Manage applications through SuccessFactors (ATS)</p></li><li><p>Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback</p></li><li><p>Support candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stages</p></li><li><p>Handle queries around contracts and documentation</p></li><li><p>Create and check employment contracts</p></li><li><p>Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding issues</p></li><li><p>Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries</p></li><li><p>Support with recruitment reports and performance tracking</p></li><li>Working one Saturday shift every 10-12 weeks on a rotating basis</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>

</div><div><ul><li><p>Experience in recruitment, ideally in high-volume or operational roles</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and organisational skills</p></li><li><p>Confidence using ATS platforms (SuccessFactors is a plus!)</p></li><li><p>A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences</p></li><li>Good computer skills, and use of the Google suite would be advantageous</li><li><p>Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail&nbsp;</p></li><li>Able to work one Saturday shift every 10-12 weeks on a rotating basis</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
