<h3 class="theme-panel-header text-2xl pb-6 theme-vacancy-section-title">About the role</h3><p>We're looking for a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our Supply Chain team on a maternity cover contract. Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Systems Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse systems continue to operate efficiently while supporting business change, system improvements and project delivery.</p><p>Working across both technical and operational teams, you'll act as a key point of contact for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), helping to resolve issues, coordinate system releases and deliver configuration changes that enhance our distribution centre operations.</p><p><strong>You'll also:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical support for WMS and other distribution centre systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring business continuity.</li><li>Coordinate weekly and monthly system releases, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.</li><li>Complete post-release validation and system checks, with occasional out-of-hours or weekend support where required.</li><li>Gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions and configuration changes.</li><li>Design, implement and document system configuration changes, including creating deployment runbooks for releases.</li><li>Support business change initiatives and Supply Chain projects from planning through to delivery.</li><li>Raise, manage and track defects using Jira, ensuring issues are investigated and resolved effectively.</li><li>Support testing activities, including reviewing test plans and scripts to ensure successful delivery.</li><li>Maintain key system documentation, change trackers and configuration records.</li><li>Produce Jira workload reports and maintain project administration, including tracking project hours and CAPEX/OPEX allocations.</li><li>Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and warehouse processes.</li></ul><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"> <i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i> </button></div>
