As the supervisor, you will be the face of Sofa.com, ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, lead a team of sales associates, and work closely with the wider team to drive sales and meet targe</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.</p><ul><li><strong>Customer Experience:</strong> Ensure that every customer has a positive and memorable experience in the showroom, offering expert advice on products and helping them make informed decisions.</li><li><strong>Sales Management:</strong> Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to exceed sales targets.</li><li><strong>Visual Merchandising:</strong> Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring that all products are beautifully displayed and the showroom is inviting and reflective of the Sofa.com brand.</li><li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong> Oversee stock levels, ensure accurate stock reporting, and manage product replenishment to keep the showroom fully stocked.</li><li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Ensure that all showroom operations are carried out efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li><strong>Training and Development:</strong> Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for your team, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.</li><li><strong>Reporting and Analysis:</strong> Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational issues, and present them to senior management with actionable insights.</li><li><strong>Avaliability:</strong> Need to be flexible to work across evenings and weekends. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><em>Here at Sofa.com, we appreciate that our products can be a large investment.
