The role includes stakeholder management and business partnering for Wickes Solar and the Support Centre, ensuring the team effectively partners with the business and acting as the main contact for both of these areas.</div><div style=""><br></div><div style=""><br></div><div style=""><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></div><div style=""><br></div><div style="">Your key focus areas will be:</div><div style=""><ul><li><strong>Cash Flow Ownership:</strong> You will create, drive, and own our cash flow forecasting and reporting. You’ll be the expert who ensures we have an accurate picture of our cash position, engaging stakeholders across the business and helping to deliver exceptional papers for the Executive and PLC Board.</li><li><strong>Strategic Business Partnering</strong>: You’ll be the go-to finance contact for the Support Centre and Wickes Solar. This is about more than just month-end reporting; you’ll provide commercial insight, robust challenge, and strategic guidance to help these areas manage costs and support growth.</li><li><strong>Financial Insight</strong>: You’ll support the Investor Relations Director and CFO by providing financial data and analysis for investor presentations, results statements, and fact-packs.</li><li><strong>Leadership</strong>: You will lead and mentor one analyst, fostering a supportive environment while ensuring the team consistently hits deadlines and high standards.</li></ul></div><div style=""><br></div><div style=""><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></div><div style=""><ul><li><strong>Qualified Accountant</strong>: You will be ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).</li><li><strong>FP&amp;A Expertise</strong>: You have experience in cash flow modelling and a deep understanding of P&amp;L and balance sheets.</li><li><strong>Great Communicato</strong>r: You can "story tell" with data.
