<div class="title-gr">Description</div><div class="space-s"></div><!----><div class="bio-details" automation="jobPublicDescription" ng-if="data.job.access_mode !== 'PRIVATE'"><div><b>QA &amp; Delivery Planner<br>Kingston-on-Thames (4 days in office, 1 WFH day)&nbsp;<br>37.5 hours per week</b><br><br><p>Crew Clothing Company is a British lifestyle brand operating across four brands — Crew Clothing, Pringle of Scotland, Saltrock and Ben Sherman — with 130+ Crew stores, a growing digital channel and an omnichannel customer experience. We are in the middle of a significant technology transformation: a new eCommerce platform, a new third-party logistics partner, and an upgrade to our ERP platform, all running concurrently and targeting delivery before the end of 2027.<br><span>Our IT team is small and highly capable. We are building an internal integration function that will own how all our systems connect — and this role is at the foundation of that team.</span></p><p><br><span><b>Purpose of the role:<br></b></span><span>CrewClothing is building a new internal integration team to own how our systemsconnect. As QA and Delivery Planner, you will be the person who makes sure wedeliver well — that requirements are tested, releases are controlled, andcommercial decisions are never made on untested work.<br></span><span>Thisis a dual role: part structured quality assurance, part delivery planning. Youwill own the testing process for integration work across three major programmes— our eCommerce platform, a new warehouse platform, and our new ERP platform —and you will run the team's sprint cadence, keeping delivery on track andsurfacing risks early.<br></span><span>Thisis a new capability for the integration team. You will define how we test andhow we deliver, not inherit someone else's approach.<br><br><b>What it involves:</b><br></span><span><br></span></p><ul><li><span>Own the integration testing plan across all activeprogrammes — defining test cases, acceptance criteria and sign-off processesfor each integration</span></li><li><span>Lead OMS (Order Management System) UAT — working withbusiness stakeholders to ensure our eCommerce OMS meets all agreed requirementsbefore go-live</span></li><li><span>Run the integration team's sprint cadence — planningfortnightly sprints, tracking progress against the delivery plan, and raisingblockers early</span></li><li><span>Produce and maintain the delivery plan — keeping a clearview of what is built, what is being tested, and what is outstanding across allprogrammes</span></li><li><span>Own the go/no-go recommendation at each integrationrelease milestone — providing a clear quality assessment before any system goeslive</span></li><li><span>Manage the integration requirements backlog — workingwith the Technical Lead and business stakeholders to keep requirementsprioritised and up to date</span></li><li><span>Produce clear, concise status reporting for the ProgrammeLead and IT Director — flagging risks, blockers and progress in plain language</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with third-party delivery partners (oureCommerce delivery partner, our ERP delivery partner, our logistics partner) onintegration testing schedules and shared test environments</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Key Skills &amp; Experience:</b><br></span><span><br></span></p><ul><li><span>Proven experience in a QA, test management or deliverycoordination role within a technology programme</span></li><li><span>Experience writing test plans, test cases and acceptancecriteria for API or system integrations</span></li><li><span>Comfortable running sprint ceremonies — planningsessions, stand-ups, retrospectives — in an agile or hybrid deliveryenvironment</span></li><li><span>Strong organisational skills — you track everything,chase everything, and nothing falls through the gap</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills — you can summarisecomplex technical delivery status in plain language for a non-technicalaudience</span></li><li><span>Experience working on eCommerce, ERP or logisticsprogrammes is a strong advantage</span></li><li><span>A collaborative, methodical approach — you work well withdevelopers, business stakeholders and external partners</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with test management tools (Azure DevOps,Jira, or similar) is beneficial</span></li></ul><p></p><p>If successful, youwill join a small integration team led by a Technical Lead, alongside anIntegration Developer. The team sits within the wider Crew Clothing ITfunction, reporting to the Director of Technology through the Technical Lead.<br>Yourwork will touch three major concurrent programmes — our eCommerce platform, anew warehouse partner, and our new ERP platform. The integration team isbuilding something new: internal ownership of how Crew's systems connect,rather than reliance on external partners.
