To be able to make the most of it you need to live and breathe our principles: <ul><li>Own it and back yourself - Own the basics, own your role and own the result </li></ul><ul><li>Think without limits - Think, think fast, think fearlessly </li></ul><ul><li>Be relevant - Relevant to our people, our partners and the planet </li></ul>Are you ready to join the Fearless? <h3>Job Description</h3>The Role:You will be responsible for processing high volume supplier invoices ensuring they are accurately matched with purchase orders and goods received notes, along with other core duties.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Dealing with supplier queries</li><li>Scanning and filing invoices</li><li>Checking invoices against purchase orders and resolving any price queries and quantity with the supply chain team and warehouse teams as required</li><li>Organising invoices for authorisation and liaising with staff to ensure invoices are approved in a timely manner</li><li>Maintaining existing supplier account details</li><li>Undertaking monthly reconciliation of supplier statements</li><li>Dealing with email and telephone queries</li><li>Staff Expense claims for the Group</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience of working in an AP team</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook & Excel</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with wide range of suppliers</li><li>Capable of working on own initiative and self-motivating with good attention to details and levels of accuracy</li><li>Ability to align behaviour with the needs, priorities and goals of the organisation</li><li>Ability to maintain accurate and timely records while working to deadlines as appropriate</li><li>Flexible approach to daily tasks and adhoc duties</li><li>Confident and comfortable with dealing with performance related issues</li><li>Commitment drive and tenacity to achieve high standards of customer excellence</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues: Frasers Champion - Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
