Want to find out more? visit our website www.theairambulanceservice.org.uk.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end planning, delivery and evaluation of the charity's London Marathon fundraising programme.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers and reporting mechanisms.</li><li>Ensure effective governance and project management processes are in place to deliver programme objectives.</li><li>Maximise fundraising income from London Marathon participants through effective supporter journeys, communications and stewardship.</li><li>Work closely with fundraising colleagues to ensure the marathon programme complements and strengthens wider fundraising objectives.</li><li>Create and deliver a high-quality supporter experience that inspires, motivates and retains participants as supporters.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><p><strong>Essential</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in project management, ideally within fundraising, events or the charity sector.</li><li>Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to evaluation.</li><li>Demonstrable success in delivering income-generating activities and meeting financial targets.</li><li>Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.</li><li>Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>Experience using data and insight to improve performance and supporter engagement.</li><li>Experience of working on a challenge event portfolio</li></ul><p><strong>Desriable</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience of managing or delivering a charity London Marathon fundraising programme.</li></ul><p><strong>Click “Apply Now” and help us to keep our helicopters flying and continue saving lives.</strong></p><p><strong>Compliance Responsibilities</strong></p><p>In addition to specific compliance requirements within your area of expertise, you also hold responsibility in your specialism for:</p><ul><li>Health &amp; Safety and Environment</li><li>Safeguarding</li><li>Data Protection</li><li>Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion</li><li>Quality</li></ul><p>You are expected and encouraged to raise and escalate appropriately any potential breaches or areas for improvement regarding the above.</p><p>The role is subject to a <strong>Basic&nbsp;</strong>DBS&nbsp;check.</p><p><em><strong>Environment</strong></em></p><p><em>TAAS is an inclusive working environment where Equality, Diversity and Human Rights are guiding principles, individuals are respected and a value of having a diverse workforce is recognised.
