Working in a fast-paced customer facing environment and in some cases leading the print and finishing department you will ideally have experience of digital print i.e. Xerox printing. Experience in print finishing and design is also ideal, in particular, the ability to use a guillotine, folding, booklet making, binding and laminating machines, Photoshop. Training is also available. Motivate all colleagues to drive sales and to achieve required KPIs. Liaise with the Retail Support Centre should any issues need to be reported.
