As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and conscientious Payroll Administrator to work within our busy Payroll Department.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to assist in the day-to-day payroll duties working closely alongside Payroll Manager and Assistant Payroll Manager.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Knowledge of Statutory payments (SSP SMP SPP Tax NI) for the day-to-day payroll processes</li><li>Assisting in annual auditor checks</li><li>Knowledge of HMRC PSA Agreements and P11D’s preferable</li><li>Knowledge of Salary sacrifice schemes</li><li>Good communication and Data entry skills</li><li>Strong Excel Skills</li><li>Good eye for detail</li><li>Adhere to the confidentiality policy/GDPR.</li><li>Work to strict deadlines</li><li>Able to work as part of a team but also be able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload.</li><li>Flexible and able to adapt to other office duties.</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Person Specification:</strong></p><p>We are looking to appoint a Payroll Administrator who must have prior payroll experience of working in a dedicated team and have been involved in day-to-day processing of data. This will be a challenging, yet highly rewarding role that will operate within a fast-paced environment.
