font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Investigate and resolve supplier queries, invoice blockages, purchase order discrepancies, GRNI issues and payment queries.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Support operational resilience across the wider Procure to Pay function during peak periods, project activity and business change.</span></li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Person</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">We're looking for someone who combines strong technical Procure to Pay experience with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">You'll bring:</span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience in Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable or transactional finance within a complex or high-volume organisation </span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience processing both PO and non-PO invoices, managing supplier queries, supplier statement reconciliations and payment activities.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience investigating invoice discrepancies, purchase order or GRNI queries and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Knowledge of financial controls, approval processes and maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience supporting month-end activities, including supplier reconciliations, accruals, prepayments or direct debit processing.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and deliver practical improvements.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP finance systems.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience within retail, multi-site organisations or property/rent payables would be an advantage, as would studying towards an AAT, CIMA or ACCA qualification.</span></li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">What we offer</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p><span style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;
