<h2>About the role</h2><p>We are looking for a reliable and efficient Order Picker to join our team at Venus Wine and Spirit Merchants, based at our Tottenham Depot. As a key part of our logistics team, you will be responsible for accurately picking and processing orders, ensuring timely and safe delivery of our premium products. It’s a great chance to be part of a well-established company in the industry. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring flexibility between Monday and Friday, with shifts typically scheduled from 10:00–19:00 and/or 11:00–20:00.</p><h2>Main Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Pick and process orders from our electronic picking system</li><li>Ensure orders are accurate</li><li>Stack items correctly for delivery</li><li>Operate handling equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed</li><li>Carry out stock replenishments</li><li>Ensure warehouse goals are met</li><li>Maintain a high level of health and safety standards</li><li>Shrink wrap products to pallets</li><li>Perform other general warehouse duties as needed</li></ul><h2>You will need</h2><ul><li>Preferably previous experience working in a warehouse&nbsp;</li><li>Attention to detail&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects&nbsp;</li><li>Experience handling of electric pump trucks&nbsp;</li><li>Positive attitude&nbsp;</li><li>Self-Motivated; active&nbsp;</li><li>Safety conscious&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication skills; good spoken and written English&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work well both in a team and alone</li></ul><h2>What's in it for you</h2><ul><li>Discounted RAC cover.</li><li>Discounts at Merlin Entertainments UK.</li></ul><p>Employee discounts after 4 weeks, such as:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>A Tesco colleague discount card with 10% increasing to 15% off most purchases at Tesco thirteen times a year.
