Visit our website - www.theairambulanceservice.org.uk&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver excellent customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues, returns and complaints.</li><li>Identify, assess and prepare donated products for online sale, including research, photography, listings and pricing.</li><li>Process, test and prepare donated IT equipment for resale, including approved data sanitisation activities.</li><li>Create and manage online marketplace listings, monitor performance and maintain accurate stock records.</li><li>Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders, ensuring efficient fulfilment and handling returns where required.</li><li>Contribute to sales targets, continuous improvement initiatives and the development of online trading operations.</li><li>Support colleagues and volunteers to deliver excellent operational performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with organisational policies, data security requirements, and health and safety standards.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience delivering excellent customer service within a retail, e-commerce, warehouse or stock-based environment.</li><li>Experience using digital systems and online marketplaces, such as eBay.</li><li>Experience working to targets and performance measures.</li><li>Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.</li><li>Good IT skills with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage priorities, solve problems and work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer needs.</li><li>Desirable: Experience of stock control, IT equipment handling, charity retail, volunteer support, and creating online product listings.</li><li>Desirable: Knowledge of online retail, merchandising, pricing, IT hardware, data security and information governance.</li></ul><p><strong><em>What’s In It For You:</em></strong></p><p>At TAAS, you’ll be part of a passionate and committed charity that’s making a real difference every day.
