People are at the heart of our business, and we are committed to investing in our staff to help shape an extraordinary future.</p><p>As a result of our continued growth and ongoing success, we are seeking a dynamic New Business Executive to be based at our London Great Portland Street Office.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused New Business Executive to support the onboarding and success of new marketplace sellers. Reporting to the New Business Lead, you will play a key role in guiding sellers through the onboarding journey, ensuring compliance requirements are met, product listings are launched successfully, and sellers receive an exceptional experience from day one. Working closely with internal teams, you will help build strong seller relationships and support the continued growth of the Marketplace.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Support the onboarding of new sellers, ensuring they are successfully integrated onto the Marketplace platform.</li><li>Guide sellers through marketplace systems, processes, policies and operational requirements.</li><li>Conduct seller vetting and compliance checks in partnership with the New Business Lead to ensure company and regulatory standards are met.</li><li>Provide dedicated support to sellers throughout the onboarding and introductory period.</li><li>Assist with product listings, catalogue optimisation and ensuring seller data is accurate and complete.</li><li>Resolve seller queries relating to account setup, product listings, integrations and operational processes.</li><li>Work with internal teams to identify and resolve technical or operational issues affecting new sellers.</li><li>Monitor seller performance and onboarding progress, providing support to help ensure long-term success.</li><li>Support product onboarding activities and ensure products are launched accurately and on time.</li><li>Facilitate the successful handover of sellers to the Seller Account Management team.</li><li>Deliver onboarding and training sessions to enable sellers to maximise their Marketplace performance.</li><li>Produce reports and performance updates to support decision-making and continuous improvement.</li><li>Manage seller enquiries through support systems such as Zendesk, ensuring timely and professional communication.</li><li>Collaborate with teams across Marketplace, Marketing, Finance and Compliance to continually improve the seller experience.</li></ul></span><p> </p><p><strong>Person Specification:</strong></p><p>Essential</p><span><ul><li>Strong interest in eCommerce, online marketplaces or digital retail environments.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with external partners.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on performance data.</li><li>Professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused approach.</li></ul></span><p>Desired</p><span><ul><li>Previous experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, customer service, onboarding or account support.</li><li>Familiarity with marketplace platforms, seller tools and product listing processes.</li><li>Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems such as Zendesk.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams in a commercial or operational environment.</li><li>Understanding of seller onboarding, compliance and marketplace operations.</li><li>Experience in delivering training, onboarding or customer support sessions.</li><li>Knowledge of retail, digital commerce or online selling environments.</li><li>Relevant degree, internship or professional experience within a commercial, business or digital discipline.</li></ul></span><p> </p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Pension</li><li>Long service awards</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li></ul></span><p> </p><p><strong>Position: </strong>Permanent, Full-time</p><p><strong>Hours: </strong>Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>London & Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite.</p></div><div class="row" style="margin-top: 5vh;"><div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-4 col-sm-offset-4">
