<p><strong>MHE Training Team Leader</strong></p><p><strong>- Hours: 37.5&nbsp;hours across 5 days per week.<br>-&nbsp;Pay: £16.83&nbsp;per hour.<br>-&nbsp;Benefits: 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount, staff benefits package, and more!</strong></p><p>We are looking to recruit<strong>&nbsp;MHE Training Team Leaders</strong>&nbsp;who will be responsible for training and inducting new starters&nbsp;at our Distribution Centre in&nbsp;<strong>Daventry, Northamptonshire (postcode: NN11 8QL).</strong></p><p>We offer a permanent full time position working a variety of AM and PM shift patterns any&nbsp;5 days from 7 each week, including at least one weekend day.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay, working hours &amp; benefits:</strong></p><p>We offer an hourly pay rate of £16.83&nbsp;per hour.</p><p>You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours work per week for full time positions and if you’re looking to earn a bit more then overtime may be available.</p><p><strong>In addition to your pay you will also benefit from:</strong></p><p>- 30 days annual leave.</p><p>- Regular breaks during your shift.</p><p>- Full training provided.</p><p>- Free canteen facilities.</p><p>- 15% staff discount to use in any of our 300+ shops on a great range of food and household essentials.</p><p>- A smart uniform and all PPE provided at no cost to you.</p><p>- Free life assurance.</p><p>- Workplace pension.</p><p>- A staff benefits package which includes a virtual GP as well as discounted services and products such as cinema tickets, gym memberships, days out and travel.</p><p><strong>As one of our MHE Training Team Leaders you will:</strong></p><p>- Induct&nbsp;new employees into the business using elearning/iPads.</p><p>- Provide practical training across all MHE, LLOP, PPT.</p><p>- Ensure&nbsp;all employees are up to date with training.</p><p>- Plan&nbsp;and communicate&nbsp;with warehouse management training sessions.</p><p>- Keep&nbsp;data up to date and correct.</p><p>- Issue&nbsp;uniform.&nbsp;</p><p>- Induct agency staff.</p><p><strong>You will need:</strong></p><p>- To be aged 18 or over to be eligible for this role (due to Health and Safety reasons).</p><p>- A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.</p><p>- Previous training experience.</p><p>-&nbsp;RTITB ITSSAR or AITT certification preferred, but training can be provided should experience be suitable.</p><p>We welcome applications from Army, Navy and Royal Air Force service leavers and veterans into our distribution operations.</p><p><strong>A bit about us:</strong></p><p>Farmfoods are a family business with ambition.
