Based at the <strong>Frasers Group Head Office in Shirebrook</strong>, you will support stock allocation, inventory management and trading performance across the business, with regular monthly travel to the Threadology Head Office in London.</p><ul></ul><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Manage allocation of merchandise across stores and online channels based on sales trends, demand forecasts, and inventory levels</li><li>Track store performance and recommend stock transfers, consolidations, or replenishment actions</li><li>Prepare allocation reports, trading updates, and inventory analysis for senior management</li><li>Partner closely with Merchandising, Planning and Production teams to support product distribution within the leading UK omnichannel group</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity across systems</li><li>Support markdown, clearance, and end-of-season activities to reduce excess inventory</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve allocation processes, stock efficiency, and customer availability</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Skills & Requirements </strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills</li><li>Ability to maintain strong relationships across multiple departments</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and experience with retail allocation/planning systems</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Previous experience in allocation, merchandising, planning, or retail operations preferred</li><li>Regular visits to the London Head Office required.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>This role is full-time, working 40 hours per week.</strong></p><p><strong>The Rewards</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Basic salary: £28k-30k per annum</strong></li><li><strong>21 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays</strong></li><li><strong>Company pension scheme</strong></li></ul>
