This is an opportunity to take ownership of keyfinancial reporting, partner with teams across the business and provide theinsight that helps shape commercial decisions.</p><p>We're looking for someone who's already built solidexperience in a similar Management Accountant role and is fully qualified intheir ACCA or CIMA qualification (or almost there). Additionally, having acouple of years work experience in a similar role.&nbsp; You'll be someone who can quickly become atrusted member of the team, bringing both technical expertise and commercialthinking from day one.</p><p>Working closely with the Finance Manager and colleaguesacross Operations, Property and Finance, you'll play a key role in producingaccurate management accounts, analysing business performance and identifyingopportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.</p><p>If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where notwo days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p><b>What you'll be doing</b></p><p>You'll own key areas of our monthly financial reportingwhile providing insight that supports better business decisions.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul> <li>Producing monthly management accounts, including profit and loss reporting, variance analysis and insightful commentary.</li> <li>Managing various P&amp;L lines, ensuring accurate reporting and effective cost control.</li> <li>Preparing month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring financial records remain accurate and robust.</li> <li>Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve profitability.</li> <li>Partnering with our Central Operations and Property teams to monitor utility costs, KPIs and identify cost-saving opportunities.</li> <li>Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts with meaningful financial analysis.</li> <li>Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, financial controls and internal processes.</li> <li>Driving continuous improvements to reporting processes and month-end activities to create a more efficient finance function.</li> <li>Producing ad hoc analysis that helps support strategic and operational decision making.</li></ul><p><b>What you'll bring</b></p><p>You'll already have experience preparing management accountsin a fast-paced commercial environment and be looking for your next challenge.</p><p>You'll bring:</p><ul> <li>ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent), ideally approaching full qualification, or fully qualified.&nbsp; Got a few exams left?&nbsp; No problem, let us know!</li> <li>Experience in a Management Accountant or similar commercial finance role where you've owned the month-end process.</li> <li>Previous experience within retail, hospitality or another multi-site business would be highly beneficial.</li> <li>Strong technical accounting knowledge, including management accounts, reconciliations and financial reporting.</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn financial data into clear commercial insight.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.</li> <li>A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes and finding smarter ways of working.</li> <li>The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li></ul><p><b>The setup</b></p><p>The role is based at our Whopper Support Office in Soho,London, with hybrid working two days per week remote.</p><p>You'll join a collaborative Finance team where you'll havethe opportunity to make a genuine impact, working closely with stakeholdersacross the business while helping drive the financial performance of one of theUK's best-known restaurant brands.</p><p>If you're looking for a role where your experience will bevalued from day one and you can continue developing your career in afast-moving, commercial environment, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p><b>Ready to help shape the future of Burger King UK?
