<h3 class="theme-panel-header text-2xl pb-6 theme-vacancy-section-title">About The Role</h3><p>As a Junior Merchandiser you will be responsible for a particular product range from beginning to end, managing the supplier relationships, Range Plan and WSSI, attending meetings and working with the Buying teams to land the range successfully with close support from the Merchandiser of the department.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilites</strong></p><ul><li>Preparation of seasonal buying plans and budgets through thorough analysis of the range’s historical data, understanding future trends and activities.</li><li>Set and agree core KPI’s for the range with the respective Junior Buyer/Buyer in terms of sales, stoke intake phasing, margin, stock turn, markdown and terminal stock, translating KPI’s into a range framework.</li><li>Work with the Junior Buyer/Buyer to develop a commercial range within this framework, establishing initial stock intake plans and stock covers.</li><li>Complete range plans to ensure a balanced product offer is bought.</li><li>Ensure the final range selected meets the targets outlined, delivering the range jointly with the Junior Buyer/Buyer.</li><li>Coaching and development of trainees and assistants within the team</li></ul><p><em><strong>Please note - we have permanent and temporary roles available.</strong></em></p><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"> <i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i> </button></div>
