Working closely with colleagues across Product, Design, Buying, Sales, Marketing and our teams in Asia, you will play an important role in ensuring products are delivered on time, to the required quality standards and achieve target margins. </p></div><div><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious product professional looking to gain experience across the full product lifecycle, style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Previous experience within a product, buying, merchandising, category, sourcing or product development role. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>A good understanding of the product development process, from concept and briefing through to launch and range management. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>An awareness of safety standards and compliance requirements relating to workwear. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>A genuine interest in workwear, uniform, PPE and commercial product development. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>The ability to analyse product testing information and interpret technical reports. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales, stock and product performance data. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across different functions and international teams. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>A proactive and collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Good commercial awareness and an understanding of pricing, margin and product costing principles. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Experience using Microsoft Excel and product management systems would be advantageous. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>The
