<div class="title-gr">Description</div><div class="space-s"></div><!----><div class="bio-details" automation="jobPublicDescription" ng-if="data.job.access_mode !== 'PRIVATE'"><div><b>Integration Developer<br>Kingston-on-Thames (4 days in office, 1 WFH day)<br>37.5 hours per week</b><br><br><p>Crew Clothing Company is a British lifestyle brand operating across four brands — Crew Clothing, Pringle of Scotland, Saltrock and Ben Sherman — with 130+ Crew stores, a growing digital channel and an omnichannel customer experience. We are in the middle of a significant technology transformation: a new eCommerce platform, a new third-party logistics partner, and an upgrade to our ERP platform, all running concurrently and targeting delivery before the end of 2027.</p><p>Our IT team is small and highly capable. We are building an internal integration function that will own how all our systems connect — and this role is at the foundation of that team.<br><br><b>Purpose of the role:<br></b><span><br>CrewClothing is building an internal integration capability to own how our systemsconnect — our eCommerce platform, our new warehouse platform, and our new ERPplatform. As Integration Developer, you will be the person who builds andmaintains those connections.<br></span><span>Youwill work within a small, focused integration team, building on AzureIntegration Services to create the data flows and APIs that keep our tradingsystems in sync. This is hands-on development work with real commercial impact— the integrations you build will determine whether orders flow correctly,stock is accurate, and deliveries go out on time.<br></span><span>Thisrole replaces an external day-rate dependency. We are bringing this capabilityin-house because we want to own it — and that means you will have genuinelong-term ownership of what you build.<br><br></span><span>What it involves:</span><span></span></p><p></p><ul><li>Build and maintain integration flows between all Crewsystems — our eCommerce platform, our warehouse management platform, our newERP platform, and downstream applications</li><li>Own the Azure Integration Services layer — developing,testing, deploying and monitoring all integration pipeline.</li><li>Support our new warehouse go-live — monitoringintegrations during hyper care, responding to incidents, and resolving failuresquickly</li><li>Build our eCommerce OMS integration layer — working withour eCommerce delivery partner delivery team to ensure all Crew-ownedintegrations are built and tested correctly</li><li>Develop ERP integration components as our new ERPplatform programme advances — building from a template design established bythe Technical Lead</li><li>Write clear technical documentation for all integrations— runbooks, data flow diagrams, error handling guides</li><li>Participate in on-call rota for integration incidentsduring peak trading periods</li></ul><span>Key Skills &amp; Experience:</span><br><p><br></p><ul><li>Solid experience in integration development — buildingAPIs, event-driven flows, or middleware pipelines in a production environment</li><li>Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services,Logic Apps, Service Bus or equivalent</li><li>Comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON, XML and commonauthentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, API keys)</li><li>Experience integrating ERP, eCommerce or logisticsplatforms is a strong advantage</li><li>A debugging mindset — you enjoy finding out why somethingbroke and fixing it properly</li><li>Reliable and thorough — you test your work, document whatyou build, and don't cut corners</li><li>Comfortable in a small team where you will need to workindependently and take ownership of your delivery</li></ul><p>If successful Youwill join a small integration team led by a Technical Lead (being appointed),alongside a QA and Delivery Planner. The team sits within the wider CrewClothing IT function, reporting to the Director of Technology.<br>Threemajor programmes are running concurrently — our eCommerce platform, a new 3PLwarehouse, and our new ERP platform — and your work will touch all three. Thisis a role with variety, genuine ownership, and the opportunity to build asystem that will underpin how Crew trades for years to come.</p><br></div></div><!----><!----><!---->
