We are looking for a leader who is passionate about identifying talent, developing future leaders and creating a club culture that delivers exceptional results for both members and colleagues.</p><p>Build and Lead Your Leadership Team</p><ul><li>Take ownership of recruitment for key leadership positions, including department heads and specialist roles</li><li>Identify, attract and hire exceptional talent from the local market</li><li>Create a high-performance culture from day one</li><li>Develop and mentor future leaders across the club</li><li>Build a team that reflects the energy, standards and ambition of the Everlast Gyms brand</li></ul><p>Launch a Market-Leading Club</p><ul><li>Lead all aspects of the club opening journey</li><li>Work closely with central support teams throughout the launch phase</li><li>Ensure operational readiness across all departments</li><li>Deliver an exceptional member experience from pre-sale through to opening and beyond</li><li>Establish the club as a leading fitness destination within the local area</li></ul><p>Drive Commercial Success</p><ul><li>Own membership growth, retention and club profitability</li><li>Deliver ambitious sales targets across all revenue streams</li><li>Develop local business relationships and community partnerships</li><li>Drive awareness and engagement within the local market</li><li>Use data and performance insight to maximise results</li></ul><p>Lead Operational Excellence</p><ul><li>Ensure exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety</li><li>Maintain compliance across all company policies and procedures</li><li>Oversee all daily, weekly and monthly operational processes</li><li>Create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement</li></ul><p>Inspire Performance</p><ul><li>Lead by example on the gym floor and within the club</li><li>Motivate and engage teams to achieve exceptional results</li><li>Deliver coaching, feedback and development plans</li><li>Create an environment where colleagues can thrive and progress</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Essential</strong></p><ul><li>Previous General Manager, Club Manager or multi-department leadership experience</li><li>Experience recruiting, developing and leading management teams&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to build high-performing teams and positive cultures</li><li>Strong commercial and operational leadership experience</li><li>Track record of delivering sales growth and business performance</li><li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable</strong></p><ul><li>Experience opening a new gym, health club, retail or hospitality location</li><li>Level 2 Fitness Qualification</li><li>Experience managing large teams across multiple functions</li><li>Strong local community and business networking experience</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Please note:</strong> During your onboarding and training period, you will be required to work from one of our established clubs, such as Chiswick, before transitioning to the new London location. Therefore, you must be willing and able to travel outside of Central London during this period.</p><p>Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
