Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.</p><p><span>As Finance Systems Manager you will act as the strategic liaison between Finance, IT and Project Delivery, owning the integration, optimisation and day-to-day management of our financial tools and applications (e.g. D365, Concur, HighRadius, etc). You will help to translate financial requirements into technical solutions and support larger project delivery and ensure that finance technical needs are kept up to date in the relevant systems and tools.</span></p><p><strong>You'll be:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Managing third-party applications (e.g. Concur, Medius, HighRadius, Omnea, Power BI) where they impact Finance processes and users</p></li><li><p>Owning the set-up of system rules and processes within the scope of system configuration</p></li><li><p>Maintaining and managing finance systems configurations to ensure accuracy, stability, and alignment with business requirements</p></li><li><p>Monitoring system activity and reviewing logs to identify unexpected changes or anomalies, partnering with business teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions</p></li><li><p>Supporting and driving finance systems-related change management initiatives, including system enhancements and process improvements</p></li><li><p>Acting as a key liaison between Finance, IT and operational teams to review business needs and initiate larger projects with BAs and project managers</p></li><li><p>Leading the configuration and set-up of new non-trading entities within finance systems</p></li><li><p>Supporting projects related to new trading entity creation, ensuring appropriate system structures and reporting capabilities</p></li><li><p>Ensuring proper governance, controls and audit readiness across all finance systems</p></li><li><p>Developing and maintaining system documentation, including configurations, workflows and process maps</p></li><li><p>Supporting testing, validation and deployment of system updates and enhancements</p></li><li><p>Identifying opportunities to improve automation, efficiency and scalability of finance processes</p></li><li><p>Supporting the training of new users and ongoing knowledge sharing</p></li><li><p>Undertaking other duties as required</p></li></ul><p><strong>You'll have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>A strong understanding of finance systems and Tier 1 ERP platforms, preferably D365 Finance &amp; Operations</p></li><li><p>Experience of system configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with core finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, allocations and entity structures</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in BI and similar analytics tools, with the ability to communicate their value to others</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes of system issues</p></li><li><p>Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to system control and data integrity</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p>The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions</p></li></ul><p><strong>Systems &amp; Functional Experience:</strong></p><p><strong>D365 (Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience of configuration adaptation</p></li><li><p>Responsibility for allocation setup and oversight</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of entity creation and structural management</p></li><li><p>Exposure to bank integrations and associated processes</p></li></ul><p><strong>Procurement Systems</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience of workflow management and optimisation</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of user access management and controls</p></li><li><p>Exposure to legal database support</p></li></ul><p><strong>Automation Tools</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience supporting accounts receivable automation and cash application processes, including rule maintenance</p></li><li><p>Involvement in developing use cases and testing agents alongside Finance team members</p></li></ul><p><strong>Other</strong></p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of tax engine support and configuration</p></li><li><p>Experience of expense management system administration and support</p></li></ul>
