They help change them.</p><p>We're looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to work alongside one of our category teams, helping leaders understand performance, make better decisions and turn commercial opportunities into stronger financial outcomes.</p><p>You'll be close to the day-to-day performance of the category - understanding what's driving sales and margin, challenging assumptions and helping the team make informed choices about where to focus.</p><p>It's a hands-on commercial finance role.
