You'll play akey role in keeping our restaurants and Support Centre safe, compliant andoperating at their best.</p><p>Working closely with our Head of Facilities &Maintenance, you'll manage everything from planned maintenance and contractorperformance to budgets, compliance and our CAFM system. You'll also help shapehow we improve our estate, supporting refurbishment projects, new restaurantopenings and continuous improvements across the business.</p><p>This is a varied role with plenty of ownership. You'll workwith colleagues across Operations, Development, Finance and externalcontractors, making sure we deliver a brilliant experience for both our teamsand our guests.</p><p><b>What you'll be doing</b></p><p>You'll help keep our restaurants running smoothly whiledriving improvements across our facilities and maintenance operation.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul> <li>Managing our CAFM system, ensuring assets, maintenance schedules and reporting are accurate and up to date.</li> <li>Supporting the planning and delivery of annual maintenance programmes and capital improvement projects.</li> <li>Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes across our restaurant estate.</li> <li>Building strong relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring great service, value and performance.</li> <li>Monitoring contractor KPIs and using data to identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.</li> <li>Managing maintenance budgets and supporting cost control across the estate.</li> <li>Ensuring all facilities work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with legal and company standards.</li> <li>Supporting new restaurant openings by ensuring facilities and asset information is correctly managed.</li> <li>Producing reports and insights that help drive better decision making.</li> <li>Continuously looking for smarter ways of working and opportunities to improve our facilities operation.</li></ul><p><b>What you'll bring</b></p><p>You'll have experience in facilities or maintenancemanagement within a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoy balancingstrategic thinking with day-to-day delivery.</p><p>You'll bring:</p><ul> <li>Experience managing facilities, maintenance or property operations across multiple sites.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and contractor management.</li> <li>Experience managing budgets and using data to drive decisions and improve performance.</li> <li>Confidence using CAFM or facilities management systems.</li> <li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.</li> <li>A proactive approach with a passion for improving processes and finding solutions.</li> <li>A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work across different teams.</li> <li>A qualification in Facilities Management, Project Management or a related discipline would be beneficial but isn't essential.</li></ul><p><b>The setup</b></p><p>This is a <b>12-month fixed term maternity cover</b>,working <b>three days per week</b>.</p><p>The role is based at our Whopper Support office in Soho,London, with hybrid working available.
