You'll be responsible for coordinating contractors, managing facilities works, supporting compliance activities, and driving continuous improvement across our locations.</p><p class="MsoNormal">This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and taking ownership of facilities operations while delivering excellent service to our colleagues and stakeholders.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">As our Facilities Lead, you'll support the day-to-day management of facilities and contractor activities across our sites, ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly, on time, and to a high standard.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Managing contractors and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to agreed standards</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Supporting compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) legislation and KPI requirements</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Monitoring reactive, planned, compliance and remedial works across the business</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Reviewing costs and spend with the line manager to ensure value for money</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Identifying opportunities for cost savings and supporting departmental efficiency initiatives</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Responding calmly and effectively to reactive facilities issues and operational challenges</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Coordinating regular meetings with Health &amp;
