</div><div><ul><li><p>Drafting and/or preparing key legal documents and bundles</p></li><li><p>Taking statements and coordinating the availability of witnesses</p></li><li><p>Ensuring cases are logged on our internal Case Mgmt tool</p></li><li><p>Providing case research for the Employment Law team</p></li><li><p>Monitoring and ensuring strict adherence to deadlines &amp; case listings and/or orders</p></li><li><p>Supporting with the coordination of ACAS conciliation and employment tribunals</p></li><li><p>Ad-hoc tasks as and when required</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>

</div><div><ul><li><p>Experience in a law firm or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in the field of Employment Law</p></li><li><p>A relevant legal qualification or CILEex certificate in law or equivalent relevant experience desirable</p></li><li><p>Strong research skills</p></li><li><p>Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence stakeholders, with strong communication and influencing skills</p></li><li><p>Exceptional organisational skills</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
