Day-to-day, you will:</p><ul><li>Build strong partnerships with product and design teams to shape objectives, set measurable goals and influence the roadmap</li><li>Lead end-to-end analysis – from gathering requirements and defining success metrics to delivering actionable insights</li><li>Design, run and analyse <strong>A/B tests</strong> to continuously optimise the customer experience</li><li>Use data from multiple sources to identify trends, answer business questions and uncover new opportunities</li><li>Provide clear recommendations that balance customer needs and commercial impact</li><li>Create engaging, easy-to-understand data visualisations to communicate insights</li><li>Confidently present findings and represent the team when needed</li><li>Add context to analysis using external benchmarks and industry comparisons</li><li>Support fast, data-driven decision-making, especially where trade-offs are required</li></ul><h2>You will need</h2><p>We’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and passionate about using data to improve digital experiences.
