Optimisation & Insight Senior Analyst</strong> to join our Digital team</p><p><strong>The Impact you will have in this role is: </strong></p><ul><li>You will be at the heart of driving data-led decision-making across our digital ownsites.</li><li>You will uncover actionable insights that improve customer journeys, optimise conversion, enhance customer engagement and support key trading, marketing and CRM decisions.</li><li>Acting as the link between data, UX and commercial teams, you will help translate complex data into measurable business growth. </li></ul><p><strong>How Success Is Measured </strong></p><ul><li>Delivering clear, actionable insights that influence business decisions.</li><li>Improving visibility and understanding of customer behaviour and funnel performance.</li><li>Supporting sustained improvements in conversion and customer engagement.</li><li>Increasing adoption of insight-led decision making across Digital, Trading, Marketing and CRM teams.</li><li>Maintaining accurate, reliable and scalable analytics, reporting and tracking frameworks.</li><li>Ensuring high standards of GA4 data quality, tagging accuracy and performance reporting. </li></ul><p><strong>Key Role Requirements </strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience in digital analytics, optimisation and e-commerce performance.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital measurement frameworks.</li><li>Experience analysing customer and CRM data, including segmentation and retention opportunities.</li><li>Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels, customer journeys and conversion optimisation.</li><li>Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, SQL and Excel.</li><li>Ability to translate complex data into clear
