padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;">With experience in either café style kitchen or larger restaurant kitchen, you will be comfortable working as part of a small team where team spirit is everything.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;">This is a busy and varied role and you must be able to flexible to meet the needs of the kitchen on any given day.</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;">From your experience, you will have a strong awareness of current food industry product trends as well as a good working knowledge of Health and Safety and Food and Drink preparation practices; being Advance Hygiene Qualified or CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualified and/or holding NVQ Level 2 Food Preparation or equivalent qualification is desirable.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em;
