This role provides financial leadership across the BT, EE and Plusnet Broadband bases.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The role owns performance reporting, forecasting and longer-term analysis across the Broadband base. Working closely with Commercial Trading and Planning teams, it provides clear insight to support better decision making and interlock outlooks across Commercial and Finance.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The role offers exposure to Brand Directors and senior Consumer stakeholders, with analysis that helps shape trading decisions and supports Consumer Broadband’s growth ambitions</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you’ll be doing</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>Lead Broadband commercial reporting and forecast analysis across key trading flows and customer KPIs.</li><li>Act as Finance Business Partner to the Broadband Commercial teams, providing insight, challenge and recommendations to improve onward quarterly trading performance.</li><li>Own the regular Broadband trading outlook, aligning Commercial and Finance stakeholders on performance, risks, opportunities and actions.</li><li>Build robust, interlocked volume and value targets to support rolling forecast and MTP processes.</li><li>Develop analysis and planning models to identify longer-term trends across the BT, EE and Plusnet Broadband bases.</li><li>Lead concise, insight-led reporting for senior stakeholders and decision-making forums, shaping key messages for QBR, MBR, Exec Board and Commercial Board.</li><li>Maintain control and data integrity over customer and commercial KPIs, working with Data and Reporting teams to improve performance information.</li><li>Provide ad hoc commercial analysis and impact assessments to support decisions and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Skills / Experience</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).</li><li>Strong data manipulation skills, including experience working with large or complex data sets and translating customer performance into financial outcomes.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outputs to tight deadlines.</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Desirable Skills / Experience</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>Experience business partnering non-financial stakeholders in a commercial setting.</li><li>Proven ability to articulate opportunities and risks to varying levels of seniority, influencing stakeholders and shaping commercial outcomes.</li><li>Experience improving reporting, controls or data integrity across commercial KPIs.</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Our Package</b></h2></div><div><div><p><span>Tailored benefits make a real difference.
