Choose a career with us and make a difference.</p><p>We are looking for a new team member to join us as an <strong>Administrative Assistant</strong> within our <strong>Public Fundraising & Mass Engagement</strong> team, part of our <strong>Engagement and Income Generation Directorate</strong>.</p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting our fundraising events and the supporters who take part in them. You'll help make sure our supporters receive the information, materials and support they need, while providing essential administrative support that helps our events programme run smoothly.</p><p><strong>Working hours:</strong> 35 hours / Monday – Friday<br><strong>Location:</strong> Horsham, West Sussex with some travel to our London hub. <br><strong>Hybrid role:</strong> Flexibility around you and the needs of the operation. This role requires you to work from our Horsham office <strong>at least two days a week</strong>, including supporting the fulfilment and dispatch of fundraising materials such as vests, shirts and merchandise to our supporters.</p><p>It's important to us that you feel part of our team from the start. We like to keep in touch with regular check-ins and team meetings.
