You own day-to-day project delivery – keeping multiple workstreams moving simultaneously, maintaining quality, and ensuring every piece of work that enters the studio is properly briefed, accurately tracked, and delivered to the highest standard.

This is a delivery-focused role that requires someone who is equally comfortable writing a production timeline for a retail rollout and consolidating stakeholder feedback on a brand campaign. You work closely with the Account & Project Manager, who oversees the account and sets the standard, and with the Lead Studio Manager, who controls resourcing. Your job is to make sure the work moves efficiently, professionally, and correctly through the studio – and that nothing falls through the cracks.

You will need to know your craft deeply – production processes across multiple output types, how to build a schedule that accounts for dependencies, and when to pull in a Strategist or Creative Director to strengthen the work.
