Our people made us who we are and will drive us into our <span class="singledescintgbword">ambitious</span> future, <span class="singledescintgbword">together</span>.&nbsp;We offer incredible opportunities to get stuck into fun and meaningful work as well as learn new skills — so you can really ‘find your thing’.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><h3>Your new role</h3><p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Derby DE55 &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Hours:&nbsp;</strong>Full Time. 39 hours per week.</p><p><strong>Shifts:</strong> This role will operate on our afternoon shift - Monday to Thursday - 2.00 pm to 12.20 am</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> You will be paid an initial training rate until you are up to speed, you will then be paid piecework (so you will be rewarded for the more you make)</p><p><br></p><h3>What you'll be doing</h3><p>We're looking for an Upholstery Prepper to join our fast paced Manufacturing team at our Lincoln House site on a permanent basis.&nbsp;</p><p>An Upholstery Prepper&nbsp;is a key&nbsp;role in our furniture production process.&nbsp;The Upholstery Prepper role is fasted paced and will require the ability to multi task but is an ideal role to progress to full Upholstery roles.&nbsp;You will need to collect components from different areas of the factory and ensure that everything is ready to be upholstered through our process.</p><p>Previous Upholstery experience is desirable but not essential if you have experience of working on assembly production processes.</p><p><br></p><h3>The role is for you if...</h3><p>This role really suits people who enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are capable of a lot of manual handling and heavy lifting.
