You will be an asset to the team, helping to drive sales, meet targets and collaborate on exciting projects.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="">As a Store Service Manager growth will be a priority and will be achieved by supporting driving process, looking at cost efficiencies and applying an ethos of accuracy and compliance. You will assist the team by been involved in any change initiatives, ongoing projects, coaching and supporting both new and existing colleagues, regarding training and development throughout the customer journey.
