We’re curious, collaborative and ready to make a tangible impact on where we work.</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Just like you</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>At an exciting time of development for the company given our ambitious expansion targets, our Construction Department is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to work within the construction team.&nbsp; You’ll support our property expansion and portfolio improvement projects, assist with the daily operations as well as supporting the Senior Management team and our 16 regional Property Offices nationwide.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Based at our Head Office in Tolworth, this is an ideal opportunity to join this fast-paced and efficient team at the forefront of our company’s ambitious development plans in a position which offers both responsibility and variety.&nbsp;</p><p>At Lidl, we offer a hybrid working model to give you the best of both worlds. </div><div><ul type="disc"><li>Assisting the Construction team with ad hoc tasks and data analysis&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Supporting the tender process for store projects&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Providing administrative support to senior management within the department&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Managing the property and contract information systems, and ensuring good data quality&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Communicating with our regional Property Office &amp; international support teams&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Providing system support and training to all Regional offices&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Producing regular reports and maintaining trackers&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Assisting with accounts &amp; service charge queries&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Carrying out comparisons of budgets vs. actual project costs&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Maintaining the department archive &amp; logging documents&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Processing purchase orders and tracking invoices&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>

</div><div><ul type="disc"><li>A genuine passion for performing administrative tasks effectively, efficiently and to a high standard&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Very strong organisational skills&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>A strong multitasker who can prioritise conflicting deadlines &amp; varied workload&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>A motivated and proactive team player, with a can-do attitude, who is also capable of working independently&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Experience within SAP systems would be an advantage&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Good communication, literacy and numerical skills&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Good Excel skills and experience of working with other Microsoft Office programmes (e.g. Powerpoint)&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Background in construction or property is desirable but not essential&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
