This is a highly strategic role where you'll connect technology, data and marketing performance, enabling smarter customer experiences, stronger commercial outcomes and scalable growth across our markets. </div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Role:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><ul><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Own and optimise Holland & Barrett's MarTech ecosystem, ensuring platforms, data and processes deliver measurable business value.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Enable CRM, personalisation and customer engagement through effective use of customer data and marketing technology.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Lead tracking, tagging and measurement capabilities across web and app environments.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Drive best practice across Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking and data architecture.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Develop and enhance CDP capabilities, enabling audience activation across CRM and Paid Media channels.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Support the growth of our Digital Asset Management, Retail Media and Loyalty technology capabilities.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Evaluate new technologies, manage vendor relationships and ensure strong governance across the MarTech stack.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Partner with Marketing, Loyalty, Digital, Data and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, future-focused solutions across multiple markets.</li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Person:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><ul><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Proven experience leading MarTech, digital analytics or marketing technology functions within a complex organisation.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Strong expertise in Google Tag Manager, tagging strategies, data layers, APIs and measurement frameworks.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience working with CRM platforms such as Braze and Customer Data Platforms such as Hightouch.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Strong understanding of personalisation, customer lifecycle marketing and first-party data strategies.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience managing technology vendors, budgets and platform roadmaps.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">The ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">A collaborative approach, curiosity to learn and a passion for continuous improvement</li></ul>If you're excited by the opportunity to shape the future of marketing technology at one of the UK's most trusted wellness brands, we'd love to hear from you.
