</div><div><ul><li><p>Manage operational and capital expenditure accounts.</p></li><li><p>Identify and understand spend drivers through in-depth analysis.</p></li><li><p>Oversee cross-departmental Operational Budget planning process.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with stakeholders on monthly budget updates and mid-year financial plan revisions.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting, including KPI dashboards.</p></li><li><p>Act as the point of contact for cost management for relevant internal departments.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the organisation&amp;#39;s internal cost management procedures are accurate and well maintained.</p></li><li><p>Present financial updates to Senior Management when required.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the update and any relevant communication of all Cost Management tools.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with category managers to identify and implement cost saving potential.</p></li><li><p>Provide advice and guidance for category managers on cost management topics.</p></li><li><p>Managing the communication with Lidl INT counterparts</p></li><li><p>Work on strategic projects with high level of autonomy and leadership as well as with high level of exposure to Board of Directors within Lidl GB.</p></li><li><p>Work with main business stakeholders to identify service optimisation and value improvement opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Provide support to the wider team throughout the year.</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>

</div><div><ul><li><p>Experience working in an analytical role with a track record of successfully managing cost and data analysis projects</p></li><li><p>Ability to problem-solve</p></li><li><p>Interpersonal skills to build relationships, manage expectations and work effectively in cross-functional teams</p></li><li><p>Exemplify a strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Expertise in creating clear and concise reports and dashboards</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines</p></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace with a focus on Google Sheets / Apps Script / AppSheet / Looker / BigQuery</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Accounting principles and practices is desirable</p></li><li><p>Comfortable challenging existing processes and implementing change</p></li><li><p>Excellent presentation skills and assertiveness</p></li><li><p>Driving licence is desirable</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
