Matalan is famously committed to offering a compelling value focused fashion and home offering, that continues to help millions of UK household budgets go further.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Lead the development and own execution of the affiliate channel plan, aligned to wider performance and trading objectives.</p><p>• Manage day-to-day affiliate partner relationships, ensuring strong collaboration and consistent performance.</p><p>• Accountable for the management &amp; efficiencies of spend in the Affiliate channels.</p><p>• Execute affiliate campaigns, including partner placements, promotional activity, and optimisation of live activity.</p><p>• Monitor performance against key metrics, identifying opportunities to improve traffic quality, conversion, and ROI.</p><p>• Work closely with internal teams to align affiliate activity with trade plans, promotional calendars, and key moments.</p><p>• Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners and opportunities to drive incremental growth.</p><p>• Lead the testing and implementation of new innovations, tools, and partnership models within the affiliate channel.</p><p>• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution of affiliate activity.</p><p>• Provide regular performance updates and insights, highlighting risks and opportunities.</p><p>• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to support continuous improvement.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"> <i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i> </button></div>
