It’s in our DNA!</p><p>We are looking to build a team to focus on building our range of personalised products across the Frasers group brands to be market leading, fun, innovative and on trend.</p><p>We have big plans so now is the perfect time to join us as we start to go for it and build on our strong foundations and experience in this area.</p><ul><li>Use <strong>data-led analysis and market research</strong> to select the right products at the right time.</li><li>Stay ahead of <strong>market trends, competitor activity, key events, and new launches</strong> to ensure all opportunities are commercial and maximised.</li><li>Collaborate closely with our <strong>in-house production team</strong> to develop new product ideas aligned to production capabilities.</li><li>Follow the <strong>trade plan, product strategy, and budget</strong> to ensure accurate and timely product setup.</li><li>Manage the <strong>end-to-end product launch process</strong>, ensuring strong visual merchandising and close collaboration with the e-commerce team.</li><li>Analyse product and launch performance, implementing follow-up actions based on results.</li><li>Support and contribute to <strong>design team briefs</strong>.</li><li>Attend <strong>supplier meetings, inter-site sessions, and trade shows</strong> as required.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>You’ll build strong, in-depth knowledge of our product ranges and categories and have a <strong>genuine passion for product</strong>.</li><li>Highly accurate with a <strong>strong eye for detail</strong>, well organised, and confident troubleshooting issues.</li><li>A clear and confident communicator with excellent <strong>relationship-building skills</strong>.</li><li>Naturally inquisitive, keen to understand challenges fully and see things through to completion.</li><li>A <strong>self-starter</strong> who strives for continual improvement.</li><li>Collaborative, with the ability to <strong>prioritise effectively and meet deadlines</strong>.</li><li>Comfortable working both <strong>independently and as part of a small team</strong>.</li><li>Confident communicating at all levels and across multiple business functions.</li><li>Able to <strong>influence, follow up, and push projects forward</strong> when needed.</li><li>Highly organised, able to multitask, and confident voicing your ideas.</li><li>A quick learner who’s happy to get involved in a wide range of projects.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Work Location: Monday to Friday, In person, mostly at our Shirebrook site with some regular travel to meetings on our other sites, trade shows and supplier visits.</p><p><strong>Pay – Competitive depending on experience.</strong></p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:</p><p>Frasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work. If successful we anticipate one or two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.</p>
