Opportunity to purchase additional holidays each year.</p></li><li><p>Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave:&nbsp;to give you the time you need to settle in with your new family member.</p></li><li><p>Discounts: Get 30% off DFS and Sofology products for yourself, discounts for friends and family plus discounts and cashback at hundreds of retailers</p></li><li><p>Wellbeing Perks:&nbsp;Access healthcare services, an Employee Assistance Programme, and discounted gym memberships.</p></li><li><p>Pension and Savings:&nbsp;Join our Group Pension and Sharesave schemes.</p></li><li><p>Life Assurance &amp; Sick Pay: Peace of mind with Life Assurance and Company Sick Pay.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensuring all machinery and equipment is kept in a safe working condition.</p></li><li><p>Keeping &nbsp;machinery &nbsp;and equipment downtime to a minimum.</p></li><li><p>Carrying out proactive &nbsp;planned maintenance tasks</p></li><li><p>Carrying &nbsp;out reactive maintenance tasks</p></li><li><p>Carrying &nbsp;out machine/equipment improvements to improve safety and/or efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Diagnosing faults effectively and making good whenever possible.</p></li><li><p>Implementing &nbsp;minor electrical installation works (depending on qualifications)</p></li><li><p>Carrying out mechanical repair and/or replacement of equipment</p></li><li><p>Ensuring all tasks are risk assessed through site specific, job specific or dynamic risk assessments.</p></li><li><p>Sourcing parts and materials from suppliers and arranging procurement</p></li><li><p>Administering work permits and monitoring 3rd party contractors.</p></li><li><p>Keeping accurate records</p></li><li><p>Updating and maintaining the maintenance records</p></li><li><p>Keeping &nbsp;work areas clean and tidy at all times</p></li></ul><p><strong>We’re looking for someone who:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years' experience in maintenance role</p></li><li><p>Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems</p></li><li><p>Able to demonstrate strong analytical thinking and have strong decision making skills</p></li><li><p>Good literacy and numeracy skills, able to keep a track of and report on activity</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Team player</p></li><li><p>Adaptable and flexible</p></li><li><p>Tidy worker with good organisational skills.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><strong>Our Commitment to Inclusion:</strong></p><p>We’re committed to a culture where everyone feels welcome, valued, and can thrive at work.
