<p><strong>What is the role&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Working closely with the more senior photographers on the team you will have a creative vision that supports your eye for fashion and photography. A basic understanding of lighting and photography equipment is essential. This role requires someone who is efficient with their time, is eager to learn and can work well in a fast paced environment that is target based.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you will do&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Shooting product imagery across all of our brands that is authentic, on brand and in line with the shoot guides</li><li>Carry out accurate colour correction of garment imagery using Adobe Photoshop, ensuring final images match true-to-life product colours and meet brand standards for e-commerce and marketing use</li><li>Occasionally assist with and independently shoot model-based eCommerce (ecomm) imagery, ensuring products are accurately represented while maintaining brand aesthetic and quality standards.</li><li>Working to targets daily</li><li>Follow all daily processes ensuring the highest standards are upheld</li><li>Contribute to team meetings- voicing any ideas and be solutions driven</li><li>Ensure all studio pods are set up and packed down correctly at the start and end of every day</li><li>There may be times when you will be required to step up and support other teams in the department, such as retouching, still life or work on a creative shoot</li><li>Build strong relationships with your peers and seniors</li><li>Keep up to date with competitors and trends, putting forward any ideas to your Seniors and Lead</li><li>Maintain a good work ethic</li><li>Be open to new ways of working in this continually evolving studio team</li><li>Following the Lead photography guidelines- maintain the weekly stock inventory for the photography equipment</li><li>Source props as and when required, that are in keeping with the shoot direction</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you will bring&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Basic photography skills required with some experience shooting in a studio desired</li><li>Basic lighting and camera knowledge</li><li>Creatively driven while delivering to a process and target</li><li>A good team player with a can do attitude</li><li>Solutions driven - Proactive approach to problem solving</li><li>Understanding of basic retouch and colour correction – desirable</li><li>Actively seeking to grow your skills in Ecom photography</li><li>Basic understanding in video – desirable</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>A good level of computer knowledge</li></ul>
