We are now seeking a <strong>Regional</strong> <strong>Housing&nbsp;Operations Manager</strong> to lead this dedicated team.</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;">Reporting into our Director of Housing, this role will provide <strong>leadership for supported housing services across multiple locations across our North services</strong>, overseeing a team of Managers and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and financially sustainable service delivery.</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;">You will be responsible for overseeing a team who works closely with Residents to deliver effective tenancy sustainment; strengthen support plans, build positive relationships, and develop the skills needed for independent living.</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;">If you’re an experienced Manager in Supported Housing who is passionate about leading teams, shaping services, and delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support, this role offers a meaningful next step in your career.</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><strong>The role</strong></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;">Working between 4 sites in Mansfield, Ashfield, Worksop and Goole, you will lead from the front, providing excellent operational leaderships to your local teams. &nbsp;You will bring vibrant, passionate and technical knowledge to support at a senior level, helping to achieve compliance, meet quality standards and enhance Residents lives. You helicopter view of these services will give you a unique perspective to spot trends quickly, respond to local need and ensure consistency of service delivery across your region. &nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;">We see this role falling into 4 distinct areas:</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><strong>Leadership &amp; People Management</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Lead and develop a team of Managers, driving consistently high standards.</li><li>Achieve key objectives for positive resident outcomes and tenancy sustainment.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><strong>Service Provision</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Oversee daily operations to meet and exceed internal standards, regulatory requirements, Ofsted expectations, and Regulated Housing Standards.</li><li>Encourage Resident involvement to strengthen engagement and outcomes.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><strong>Partnerships</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Manage key stakeholder relationships and develop strategic partnerships, including with commissioned services and Ofsted.</li><li>Work collaboratively across the Senior Leadership Team and wider YMCA departments to improve processes and service delivery.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><strong>Financial Management</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring sustainability and minimising voids.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><strong>About You</strong></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><ul type="disc"><li>Proven leadership experience in supported housing or residential childcare.</li><li>A strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks related to Ofsted and Regulator of Social Housing standards.</li><li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with a Senior Leadership Team and internal departments.</li><li>Experience in budget management and financial oversight.</li><li>Commitment to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults.</li><li>Minimum Level 4 in Housing Management, or willingness to complete the course. We are happy to continue to support you if you are currently studying this qualification.</li><li>A UK driving license and access to your own car are required to travel between the four sites you will manage. Expect to be “out and about” weekly, ensuring you are hands-on and visible within each of your teams.</li><li>Most importantly, you will care that everyone should have a fair chance to discover who they are and what they can become.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;">We envisage this role will be based between these 4 locations, with you managing your diary to respond to individual need and best use of your time. &nbsp;We are not here to micro-manage you, we trust you to be where you need to be, when you need to be there!
