You will be:</p><ul><li><strong>A Problem Solver & Project Manager</strong>: Handling ongoing dispute issues with Landlords and working with Service Charge Consultants to tackle problems.</li><li><strong>An Analyst</strong> : Analysing property data to spot cost anomalies and identify significant savings opportunities for the business.</li><li><strong>A Commercial Negotiator</strong>: Gaining real-world experience by liaising directly with Landlords, Managing Agents, and insurers to challenge and dispute costs.</li><li><strong>A Stakeholder Liaison</strong>: Acting as a crucial contact point, responding to queries from store management and providing essential advice and plans related to Commercial Rates inspections.</li><li><strong>Taking Contract Ownership</strong>: Taking management responsibility for commercial waste contracts and services.</li><li><strong>An Operational Auditor</strong>: Carrying out in-person site inspections and audits, working closely with Store Management teams to identify issues with expenditure and checking essential job records and paperwork.</li></ul></div>
