With an established EMEA presence, the business continues to invest in its finance function to support multi-entity operations and maintain high standards of financial control and reporting.</p><p class="xMsoNormal">This role sits within a collaborative and high-performing finance team, supporting multiple European entities and offering exposure across a broad range of financial accounting areas.</p><p class="xMsoNormal"> </p><p class="xMsoNormal"><strong>The Role</strong></p><p class="xMsoNormal"> </p><p class="xMsoNormal"> </p><ul class="xMailOutline"><li>Manage fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and impairments</li><li>Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations across EMEA entities, resolving discrepancies</li><li>Complete payroll reconciliations and partner with HR/payroll teams to ensure accuracy</li><li>Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations across key areas, including VAT, payroll, and intercompany</li><li>Support VAT filings and compliance, working alongside external advisors</li><li>Assist with Intrastat reporting and EC Sales List submissions</li><li>Provide audit support including the preparation of documentation and responding to queries</li><li>Partner with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and continuous improvement in reporting and controls</li></ul><p> </p><p class="xMsoNormal"> </p><p class="xMsoNormal"><strong>About You</strong></p><p class="xMsoNormal"> </p><p class="xMsoNormal"> </p><ul class="xMailOutline"><li>ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent, with a strong financial accounting background</li><li>Experience working across multiple entities, ideally within a European or international environment</li><li>Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial controls</li><li>Exposure to VAT / indirect tax is beneficial</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally with finance and non-finance stakeholders</li></ul><p> </p><p class="xMsoNormal"> </p><p class="xMsoNormal"><strong>What's on Offer</strong></p><p class="xMsoNormal"> </p><p class="xMsoNormal"> </p><ul class="xMailOutline"><li>£50,000 - £60,000 + Discretionary bonus</li><li>Hybrid working (3 days onsite) with flexible hours</li><li>25 days holiday</li><li>Private medical, dental, pension &amp; life insurance</li><li>Strong wellbeing support, including EAP access</li><li>Exposure to an international finance environment with clear development opportunities</li></ul><div><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"> </span></div><p> </p><p class="xMsoNormal">Zachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
