They have just had one of their best years following a real focus on the customer and the product.<br>This role will be key in helping continue the progress of the business and the merchandising function. It will also have management responsibility for a team of 8. A snapshot of the responsibilities is below:</p><ul><li>Manage intake flow into business to hit monthly forecasts, drive sales and minimise risks</li><li>Planning of budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy based on the overall business and financial goals of the company.</li><li>Identifying category risks and opportunities; recommending activity to increase sales and profit and decrease stock risk.</li><li>Recommend promotions and re buys as necessary</li><li>Collaborating with stakeholders to manage new products, limited edition lines and season campaigns, escalating and resolving issues and communicating progress.</li><li>Collaborate with the broader product team to plan product ranges, taking into account customer demand, pricing, and margin requirements.</li></ul><p>This could be a brilliant opportunity for the right person.
