<h3 class="theme-panel-header text-2xl pb-6 theme-vacancy-section-title">About the role</h3><p>As an Analyst, you will play an important role in turning data into clear, actionable insight that supports effective decision-making across the business. Working with a range of stakeholders, you will analyse performance, identify trends and opportunities, and help shape recommendations that improve outcomes, efficiency and strategic focus. </p><p>This is a hands-on analytical role suited to someone who combines strong technical capability with commercial awareness and sound judgement. You will be expected to work with a degree of autonomy, manage priorities effectively, and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting, analytical approaches and decision support across the organisation. </p><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></span></p><p><strong>Analysis & Insight</strong></p><ul><li>Performance Analysis: Analyse data, trends and key business metrics to identify </li><li>opportunities, risks and areas for improvement. </li><li>Evaluation: Support the assessment of initiatives, processes and business changes by </li><li>measuring outcomes, identifying impact and drawing clear conclusions. </li><li>Insight Generation: Translate complex or ambiguous data into meaningful insight and </li><li>practical recommendations for stakeholders. </li></ul><p><span><strong>Operational Excellence & Reporting</strong></span></p><ul><li>Data Analysis: Work with data from multiple sources to build a clear understanding of performance, trends and underlying drivers. </li><li>Reporting & Visualisation: Develop, maintain and enhance reports, dashboards and analytical outputs that provide timely, accurate and accessible insight. </li><li>Data Quality & Governance: Support high standards of data accuracy, consistency and analytical rigour across reporting and insight generation. </li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication </strong></p><ul><li>Stakeholder Communication: Present findings clearly and confidently, tailoring messages to different audiences and levels of seniority. </li><li>Business Partnering: Build effective working relationships across the business to understand priorities, respond to analytical needs and support evidence-based decision-making. </li><li>Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and analytical ways of working, and contribute to their implementation</li></ul><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"> <i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i> </button></div>
